BEFORE final day of loadout. You mustinclude your bidder ID# and item lots you won, and we will hold for a $5 fee for one additional week. Otherwise, you must pickup items on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Items not claimed or requested for hold are forfeited.

Please note our item condition explanations:
- Factory Sealed– Item is new in box, never used, original product in the original box. Being new, we have not checked contents for function or damage. Full refund eligible within 48 hours.
- Appears New– Item appears to be in new condition, not used. Item may or may not be in original box. Item should work as expected. We inspect that it is not pre-owned and complete. Box may be damaged, but contents are functional. Full refund eligible within 48 hours.
- Open Box– Items could be in various levels of condition under “Open Box”. You may inspect prior to bidding to verify condition. Items are not tested for full functionality. Items are generally still new but may be opened and returned to a retailer. Hardware may be incomplete. Sold as-is. No returns allowed on Open Box items.
- Open Box Powers On– Same condition as open box, but we have verified that the item does power on. Unknown if item works completely. No returns allowed on Open Box Powers On.
- Used – Good Condition– Identified as previously owned, while may have been returned. However, the condition is good, clean and functional. No returns allowed on Used labeled items.
- Damaged– see photos. Item may be new, but have known damage. Damage is always photographed for your review prior to bidding. Could be scratch/dent only, could be as-is and not functional. No returns allowed on damage labeled items.
A $1 handling fee per item has been added to all auction items.

Inspection:This auctiondoes offer scheduled inspection dates, email summitwholesale.equipbid@gmail.com to schedule an inspection.
Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Items not paid for within 48 hours are subject to forfeit and no-show status. Payment onsiteisaccepted at this locationin the form of cash, credit, Venmo, or Paypal.Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up:If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. In order to pick up your won items, simply pickup during standard pickup times.
If unable to pickup item(s) by the following Wednesday Thursday or Saturday, you must email summitwholesale.equipbid@gmail.com before 8am Monday and include your bidder ID#, and we will hold for a small storage fee. One week storage fees for item totals $35.00 or less are $5.00; over $35.00 are 15% of total. (Bid total only, not fees or taxesStorage fee must be paid at time of pickup. If you fail to pickup the extended week, items are forfeited.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe,you forfeit your items and they will be placed back on auction to be resold on auction to the highest bidder after all schedule loadout times have passed.Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Please come prepared to pickup your item(s). Have your bidder number or invoice, have a vehicle capable of transporting your item(s), have necessary help to move your item(s).
Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Refunds: If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund.Photos are considered part of the item description. All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of picking up the item(s). If your request is approved, the item(s) must be returned WITHIN 5 business days (unless we have discussed otherwise) after the refund request was approved BEFORE a refund is issued. If you are returning an “Appears New” or “Factory Sealed” item, it must be returned BOXED in “Appears New” condition, or we may charge a 20% restocking fee. Otherwise, no refund will be given as no warranty is expressed or implied. Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases:Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase withSummit Wholesale,contact us at816-599-0754. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability:Summit Wholesale’s liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations:The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
